Delivery and installation fees are added to quotation according to the size of order and delivery area.
In-stock merchandise is usually delivered within 7-14 business days, though some areas may take longer.
1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2-4 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed.
Deliveries must be changed or cancelled 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.
Delivery includes a two-man team, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging.
Delivery team will not move existing furniture so please clear the area prior to delivery.
In case a product will be delivered higher than the 2nd floor, the clients must notify us as extra charges may be incurred. Clients are requested to clarify the availability of means of transporting the products, whether through an elevator or stair shaft to avoid incurring additional costs.
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order. If there is no one at the registered address, the order will be cancelled and the transportation fee will not be refunded.
For playground equipment, the customer will be expected to fill in a Delivery and Installation survey beforehand.
